Persons with high scale values (or asterisks in/near particular colors quadrants found on the Birkman Life Style Grid®) tend to prefer to be engaged in activities consistent with the common responsibilities of the interest scale meaning (or color quadrant(s)). The deeper your asterisk symbol is into a quadrant the more you will find a greater number of that quadrant’s descriptions having meaning for you.
