Melissa Saneholtz
Business Coordinator
Melissa Saneholtz is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in publicity, entrepreneurship, and strategic marketing. As Business Manager for The Wineinger Company, she leverages her expertise to drive growth and success for executives and organizations.
Melissa spent 15 years as a publicist, building a reputation for crafting compelling narratives and elevating brands through innovative strategies and strong industry connections. She then served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for Verve Reads (formerly Book+Main), a Chicago-based tech startup, where she implemented forward-thinking marketing strategies that drove growth in a competitive market. Following this, Melissa founded and led a successful publishing company, which continues to thrive under the leadership of a trusted team of professionals.
It was through her publishing company that Melissa connected with Cyndi Wineinger. Inspired by Cyndi’s impactful work, her entrepreneurial spirit was ignited, and she joined The Wineinger Company to contribute to its transformative mission.
Outside of work, Melissa channels her creativity into crafting fictional stories for Penguin Random House and enjoys traveling with her husband, three kids, and two dogs.
Mandie Medcalf
Brand Development & Design
Mandie Medcalf focuses on the visual aspect of company structure and professionalism. Having years of experience in graphic design & web design, branding, and UX/UI; Mandie is passionate about the art of visual communication. Her work is to communicate impact, success and professionalism through image and brand consistency.
With an extensive background in both marketing and administration, Mandie has a unique understanding of both the administrative and the creative side of business and specializes in interpreting those needs into an executable plan which ends in viable results.
Mandie works with the Wineinger Company to add the visual completion to the structuring and organizational processes as well as developing Cyndi’s training materials.
