The Wineinger Company will perform a Hiring Consultation for each candidate you are considering for your team. This package includes a Birkman® Assessment for each candidate. Once the candidate has completed their assessment, we will schedule a phone conference with your hiring team to go over the results.

HOW IT WORKS:

Once you purchase a Hiring Consultation, you will receive a confirmation immediately. You will then be contacted by a member of our team in order to set up the Birkman for your candidate.

Once the candidate has completed the Birkman Assessment, we will notify you and schedule the conference call with your hiring team.
